You know your body. You know something isn't right.

Just because it's common doesn't mean it's normal.

  • You dread certain times of the month because you never know how you'll feel.
  • You have painful periods that interfere with work, exercise or everyday life.
  • You deal with PMS or mood swings that leave you feeling unlike yourself.
  • You've been told your blood tests are normal, but you know something isn't right.
  • You've been prescribed birth control to "fix your hormones" and sense there's more to it.
  • You want someone to look at the whole picture, not each symptom separately.

You're not imagining it.

Most of all, you're tired of feeling dismissed.

What we work with

What it feels like to have balanced hormones again.

This work is centred on what sits beneath your symptoms, the patterns that quietly shape how you feel all month long.

  • Knowing what's coming each month instead of bracing for it
  • Moving through your whole cycle without losing days to pain
  • Feeling steady and like yourself, even before your period
  • Understanding what your body is telling you instead of fearing it
  • Being heard by someone who takes your symptoms seriously

I honestly thought crying before my period was normal. So many years feeling that way, when it could have been fixed.
Flow and Bloom client
Hi, I'm Stef

I take a grounded, structured approach to your hormones, one that respects both your life and the complexity of what you're carrying.

For years, I struggled with hormonal symptoms and was repeatedly told that hormonal birth control, or eventually surgery, were my only options. Even as a nurse, I realised how little I had been taught about understanding the menstrual cycle as a vital sign of health.

So I started learning. Not just how to manage symptoms, but how to understand what my body was actually trying to tell me. That's why I created Heal Your Flow. Because you deserve more than being told to put up with your symptoms.

The framework

The F.L.O.W. Method

A clear, four-part path from confusion to understanding. We find what's really going on, then build the foundations your hormones depend on, before making targeted, lasting change.

F
Find the cause

Find the cause

We start by looking at the full picture. Through a comprehensive nursing assessment, symptom mapping, cycle tracking and clinical review, we begin identifying patterns and uncovering what may be contributing to your symptoms.

For many women, this is the first time their symptoms finally start making sense.

L
Lay the foundations

Lay the foundations

Before chasing complicated solutions, we strengthen the foundations that support healthy hormones. Together we'll focus on areas such as nutrition, blood sugar balance, nervous system support, sleep, stress load, inflammation, minerals and personalised supplementation.

This is where many women begin feeling more stable and like themselves again.

O
Optimise your cycle

Optimise your cycle

Once we understand your body's patterns, we can make more targeted decisions. This may include reviewing pathology results, adjusting supplementation, cycle-specific strategies and, where clinically indicated, further testing or prescribing support through the Flow and Bloom collaborating doctor.

For some women, this stage may also include functional testing to investigate contributing factors.

W
Wellbeing that lasts

Wellbeing that lasts

The goal isn't to become dependent on another practitioner. It's to create sustainable improvements that continue long after the program finishes. You'll leave with practical tools, personalised strategies and confidence in how to support your body through future cycles.

This is exactly how we get you there.

Community and connection

You won't be walking this alone

There's a live group call every week, alternating between an education session and a community hot seat call.

The hot seat call is your space to be heard, and to ask whatever you're sitting with, alongside women who understand exactly what you're carrying.

So much of the healing happens right here, in realising you were never the only one. The group is intentionally kept small, so it stays close, and so there's always room for you to be seen.

A place to feel held while your body finds its way back.

The education sessions

What we explore together, fortnight by fortnight

These are the education half of your weekly calls. Each one goes a layer deeper on a new theme, so it actually sinks in.

01

Tracking your cycle

Where everyone begins, learning to read your own rhythm and spot your ovulation.

02

Food and blood sugar

The foundation that steadies everything else, made simple and doable.

03

PMS and PMDD

Understanding the mood shifts in your luteal phase, and what your body is actually asking for.

04

Period pain

Why it happens, and how to ease it at the root rather than just pushing through.

05

Clearing and rebuilding

The deeper foundation work you're moving through in the modules, brought to life together.

06

Reading your charts

Bringing it all together, so you can tell exactly what your body needs.

You only need to access what's relevant to you. We do recommend the six phases as your fundamentals, worth working through in order, with everything else here to reach for as things come up.

01

Tracking your cycle

Where it all begins, learning to track your cycle so you can identify your ovulation and what your hormones are doing.

02

Food and blood sugar

The first foundation balanced hormones are built on.

03

Detoxing your hormones

Making sure your body is clearing and excreting hormones properly.

04

The foundation your hormones and healthy ovulation depend on.

06

Reading your charts

Dialling in your charting so you can tell exactly what your body needs.

And whenever something specific shows up, there's education waiting

PCOS · PMDD · Endometriosis and adenomyosis · Painful periods · Heavy periods · Acne and skin · Bloating · Spotting · Sore breasts · Sugar cravings · Anxiety · ADHD and hormones · Histamine, hayfever and MCAS · Cycle syncing · Natural birth control · Iron · Immune support · Thrush and UTIs · Low appetite · Gut and digestion · Recipes for healthy hormones · Exercise · Low-tox living · Preparing for pregnancy

You never have to work through all of it. We guide you to what's relevant, exactly when you need it.

The modules are designed to teach you, so you come away understanding your own cycle and don't need to rely on a practitioner ongoing. Anything specific to your body is written into your personalised Period Plan, ready for you to follow.

Additional clinical support

Medical support, only if you actually need it.

For women who require further investigation or medical support, access to our Flow and Bloom collaborating doctor is available at an additional cost. This may include:

  • Further pathology testing
  • Review of results
  • Bioidentical hormone prescribing where clinically indicated
  • Additional medical support and care coordination

Not every woman requires additional testing or intervention. Rather than charging every client for services they may not need, these options are recommended only when clinically appropriate. We do our best to keep costs as low as possible while providing you optimal results.

Why now

Another year is a long time to keep surviving.

It's easy to tell yourself you'll deal with this later, once things settle down. But later has a cost. Another twelve months of bracing for your period and pushing through pain that nobody can explain.

You've already waited long enough to feel well. The sooner we start finding the cause, the sooner your body gets to feel different.

Kind words

Real women. Real results.

Straight from the women who have walked it, in their own words.

Client feedback: KYF will actually change your life for the better, plus a message reading no depression, no hating myself, no vomiting, no hectic pain
Client feedback: my biggest takeaway was that pain isn't normal, and the best decision I made for myself, a beautiful community of women
Client feedback: lighter mood swings and almost no pain in my luteal phase, and a message saying I thought crying before your period was normal, this is wild
Client messages: my period is here and I haven't cried yet, and feedback that luteal symptoms now start 5 days before instead of 10
Client feedback: certainly less intense, and messages celebrating no vomiting two periods in a row and hardly any luteal symptoms
Client feedback: if you want to learn about your cycle and get proven results then this is the course for you

In case you're wondering.

How do I know if this is right for me?

If you've been dealing with painful periods, PMS, mood changes, irregular cycles, fatigue or other symptoms that haven't been properly explained, this program was made for you. It's for women who want to understand the root of what's happening rather than keep managing symptoms one by one. If you're unsure, reach out anyway and we'll have a chat to see if it's the right fit.

Do I need a diagnosis before I join?

Not at all. Many women come to me without a clear diagnosis, just a strong sense that something isn't right. Part of what we do together is map your symptoms and your cycle so we can start making sense of the bigger picture.

I'm on hormonal birth control. Can I still join?

Yes. We'll work with where you are right now. If you're thinking about coming off at some point, I can support you through that, and if you're staying on, we can still focus on your foundations and your overall wellbeing. There's no pressure either way.

Will you prescribe medication or order tests?

As a registered nurse, I provide your clinical assessment, education and personalised support throughout. For women who need pathology testing or prescribing, I work alongside a collaborating doctor who can help where it's clinically appropriate. This is an optional addition rather than something every woman needs.

How much time will I need each week?

There's a one hour group call each week, alternating between an education session one week and a hot seat and connection call the next. They're highly encouraged, since that's where a lot of the support and connection happens, so it's worth keeping that hour for yourself. Beyond that, all you need is about two mindful minutes a day to jot down how you're feeling in your body and where you are in your cycle. It's designed to fit into a real life, not take it over, so you can move through it at a pace that feels sustainable.

What happens after I join?

Once you join, you'll hear from me to confirm your place and talk through any questions. Each round has a set start date, so it's worth getting in early so you're ready to begin with the group.
